With these cold spurts coming upon us getting colder and colder . . . and the work right now being roofing (what?!?!? I know ~ crazy, right?) . . . warm clothing is a must. Poor Daddy freezes down to the bone. So last night, Allison put her loving fingers to work and crafted this hat for him. It was sweet to watch as she, sitting by him, would crochet a little, then try it on him, then crochet a little more, making sure it would fit perfectly and keep the wind's icy fingers away from his neck. Of course, there was rollicking laughter and merry hearts ~ especially as she neared completion. The trying on got more interesting as the neck part was formed. : )
Ohhhhh . . . so warm!
Warmer today . . . but, of course, it's nearing lunch time.

I love it!! Looks like it would be so warm. Although when the temps this week have stayed in the 90's it seems a bit too warm for right now! I'm impressed with Allison's skills!!!!
